- Technical errors in calculations or guidance
What we don't respond to
We're an editorial site, not a service business. We can't help with:
- Personal advice about your specific property
- Installer recommendations or quotes
- Grant applications or eligibility questions (contact your energy supplier or local council)
- Marketing or partnership proposals
Response time
We aim to respond to corrections within 48 hours. Other queries may take longer. We don't offer phone support.
